Go to the Apollopoll main page (www.apollopoll.com) or click on "create poll" in the navigation bar
Enter the values for the fields in the top section as shown for example in the image on the right. As this is a very simple poll, we will uncheck the fields "allow comments" and "ratings". But since people might well change their minds in this matter, we check "allow edit/delete". Next, enter the possible choices you want to give to participants. In our case, they should be able to simply choose between "yes" adn "no", so enter these values into the two given fields. The poll is ready, so click "Submit"! |

After creating the poll, your will directly see the page for submitting a vote. As you have told noone about the poll, there will be no entries for the poll. In the meanwhile, you have been already sent the link which you can give to the poll participatns by email.
Replace the text 'your name' in the inut field with your own name and check checkboxes for the choices you like. Click "Submit" and you are finished! |

The page reloads and you can see the entry you have created just before. If you would like to change the entry, just lick on the name

For a question as important as this, maybe it might be better to offer some more choices.
In the email you received, there is a link with which you can make changes to the poll. The link looks something like this: http://apollopoll.com/newPoll.html?FL47GZH1 Follow that link and you will see that same page as the one when you created the poll with all the data filled in already, except that some fields are not editable anymore. We want to add a choice, so click on the "Add choice" button. A new, empty field for entering the choice will appear. Enter the new choice, in our case this is "wait a few years". Note that you can also delete a choice with the red buttons to the left of the choice, but this will delete all the data that users have already entered for that choice. Click "Submit" to change the poll. Again, you will be directed to the poll, so you can look at the entries. |

In the meantime, some other people have voted in your poll. In the row "total votes", you can see which choice received how many votes, the color of the field changes depending on the number of votes.
You can also see that all choices for our new option("wait a few years") are grey because the people that have voted before did not have that choice. They too can of course edit their entries and vote for the new option. So let's change your entry: Click on your name as shown in the picture to the right. |

Now, you can change the choices, but since waiting a few years is not a good option for the prince, just click "submit" and the entry will be updated.
